- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Red and Yellow Peppers1 unit(s)
- Sardines or canned tuna2 can(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Palm to taste
- Frozen peas to taste
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Hot water500 ml
- Green smell (parsley, chives and coriander) to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Sliced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Boiled Egg3 unit(s)
- Corn flour3 cup
- Grease a central pan with a little oil. 23cm Chop part of the peppers and reserve another part to decorate and cut into slices or strips.
- Start by sautéing the chopped onion in olive oil, as soon as the onion lightens, add the peppers, then corn, hearts of palm, peas and a little salt. Sauté for a couple of minutes, then add the sardines and shred them with a fork, add the tomato sauce and let it boil. Then add the water, adjust the seasonings and add the green smell. When it boils again, add the corn flour at once and stir well until it comes off the bottom. Disconnect.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes, eggs and peppers on the sides and bottom of the greased pan. You can decorate as you like, add parsley or whatever you prefer. Put the flour dough in the form and press well, wait 10 minutes to rest and unmold. Serve next.
