- In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the slice of provolone on both sides.
- Meanwhile, in another skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper.
- When the provolone is golden, cut into 8 pieces. Place the tomatoes in the center and finish with basil leaves, black pepper and honey.
