- Oil for frying to taste
- Slicer (Mandolin)1 unit(s)
- Peel the potatoes with a peeler or knife
- Pass the potatoes through the slicer (wavy blade) as follows: cut once horizontally, then once vertically, and so on.
- Always alternating so that the potatoes look like a checkerboard (the first potato will not be pierced, but the following ones will be)
- In a pan heat enough oil to fry and fry until the potatoes are golden
- Drain on a paper towel, sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
