- Laminated Puffed Marra150 g
- cherry tomato1 cup
- Olive oil1 cup
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Fresh thyme to taste
- Fold the burrata into the puff pastry. Brush the egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden.
- In a hot skillet with oil, fry the tomato with the garlic cloves and some thyme sprigs for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the burrata with the tomatoes.
