- medium carrot1 unit(s)
- pumpkin (I used Japanese)300 g
- Saute onion in oil until soft.
- Add the pumpkin and carrot cut into cubes, let it sauté for a few minutes and then cover with water to cook (no need to add a lot of water).
- When the vegetables are very soft, separate them from the broth that will form and with the help of the blender process until a cream is formed (use the cooking water to leave your cream in the texture you prefer)
- Return to the pan, add the curry, salt and pepper to taste, let it boil for a few minutes and it's ready.
