- Pumpkin500 g
- Milk150 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Green scent / coriander / chives to taste
- Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
- Place the pumpkin cut into cubes to facilitate cooking in a pan, add water to cover.
- When cooked, strain the water and mash with the help of a fork.
- In a pan put the oil/olive oil and sauté the onion and the chopped garlic clove.
- Then place the already bruised pumpkin and sauté a little.
- Add the milk and margarine and mix well over low heat, until obtaining a creamy and homogeneous puree.
- Turn off the fire and put green smell / coriander / chives to taste.
