- Boiled cassava1 kg
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Milk to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mash the cassava with a fork if you want a more rustic puree (with pieces) or in a potato masher if you want a smooth puree.
- Put the margarine and milk to taste. Just go putting it little by little leaving it the way you like it best. If you want it soft, put a lot of milk, if you want it harder, a little milk.
- Then just hit the salt and put kingdom pepper to taste.
