- I put the oil, the garlic, the onion and the pepper and the carrot, drown it all then add the chicken and the cooked meat and let it cook for a little while.
- With the rice a little warm, mix all the ingredients in the rice and that's it.

- Note: I used what I already had in the fridge (you know that little thing stays in the fridge then.) I didn't use much seasoning because the meat was already seasoned..
