- Beef trimmings1 kg
- Carrot200 g
- Onion200 g
- Salmon1/2 unit(s)
- Blonde to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Olive oil30 ml
- Water2 l
- In a pan with olive oil, place the trimmings and the beef bones.
- When they get a color, add the other ingredients.
- When it is well sautéed, add the water, lower the heat and let it simmer for at least 1 hour or 1 hour and a half.
- Then, let it cool and strain, keeping the broth in containers or ice cubes to use when needed.
