- Cooked Quinoa Grain1 cup
- Tomato 🍅1/2 unit(s)
- Onion 🧅small1 unit(s)
- Chef's Seasoning1 to taste
- Kale butter (leaf)1 unit(s)
- Cut the seasonings and sauté with a drizzle of olive oil. I used coconut oil.
- Add the quinoa (I usually cook quinoa and freeze the portions - 1 cup - and thaw when needed).
- After braising well, add the cabbage and stir well. Cut the kale into thin strips. Stir well and serve warm. I used a nonstick skillet.
