- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- In a pan, fry the pepperoni until it releases its own fat.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce or passata (both recipes already published).
- Season with salt, black pepper, oregano and basil.
- Lastly, break the eggs over the sauce.
- Reduce heat to low and cook with the lid on until the eggs solidify.
- Garnish with parsley and chives
- Enjoy!
