- Ham300 g
- Mozzarella300 g
- Tomato Extract1 unit(s)
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Wash and cut the eggplants into slices. Cut the peppers, tomatoes and onions into slices. Cut slices of ham and mozzarella. Leave all this already cut. Reserve.
- In the dish put the tomato extract with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mix.
- Assembly: alternate the eggplant/tomato/pepper/onion/ham and mozzarella until finished. (See the photo, to get an idea of what I'm writing)
- At the end , drizzle oil , salt , black pepper . Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
