- Tomato sauce340 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Basil to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the vegetables into thin, seedless slices.
- Cover the bottom of a form with the tomato sauce.
- Crush the garlic and sprinkle on top, adding salt and rosemary to taste.
- Alternate the vegetables until finished, drizzle with olive oil and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
