- Cleaned, dried and sliced kale1/2 unit(s)
- Finely chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- Small chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Minced green smell to taste
- Chopped coriander to taste
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Vinegar4 tablespoon
- Yellow Mustard3 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tablespoon
- Chimichurri dry seasoning1 dessert spoon
- Just put everything in a bowl and mix well! Taste and adjust some seasoning if needed! This salad is finely chopped in vinegar acid, if you prefer, you can decrease it a little! Here at home, everyone loves it!
