  • Blueberry1 tablespoon
  • Strawberry8 unit(s)
  • Peanut Butter1 tablespoon
  • Honey or xylitol1 to taste
  • Medium banana1 unit(s)
  1. Peel the banana and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  2. In a blender place all the ingredients including the banana and let it hit until you get homogeneous, serve immediately.
