- Cassava in pieces1 kg
- Season the rib with garlic, chopped onion, salt and black pepper. Cook in a pressure cooker covered with water. Leave about 40 minutes. Check if the rib has softened and the water has dried up. Put the cassava together with the meat, add paprika, a little boiling water, adjust the salt and cover the pan again. Leave for 20 minutes or until the cassava is cooked. It's ready, if you don't like it with pieces, cook the cassava separately and hit the blender.
