- Rice2 cup
- Hot water3 cup
- Oil2 dessert spoon
- Crushed Garlic Clove to taste
- Add the garlic to the oil until golden then add the rice and let it sauté a little
- Then add the water and let it boil until the water dries up.
- Once this is done you must check if the rice is cooked, if so it is ready if it is not yet cooked add half a cup more and let it dry again.
