- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Leek50 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Sliced Olives30 g
- Salt, Oregano and Oil to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk25 ml
- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- In a bowl put the rice, the tomato cut into cubes, the leek cut into slices, the onion cut into cubes and the other ingredients. Baking Powder last.
- Mix well. Put the oil on a plate and wait for it to heat up. Then put a spoonful of the dough in the oil to fry. Do this until you run out of dough.
