- Cooked rice2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese4 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Chopped Parsley2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Mix all the ingredients and mold the rice balls. Use 2 spoons to make it easier.
- Fry in hot oil and place to drain excess oil on paper towels. OR 15min in the air fryer at 180°C
