- boiled rice2 cup
- Ready seasoning sachets2 unit(s)
- grated parmesan cheese4 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- wheat flour1/2 cup
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- chopped green olives3 tablespoon
- cubed mozzarella cheese1/2 cup
- In a container, mix all the ingredients well, except the mozzarella cheese and the breadcrumbs, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Take a small portion of the mixture, fill with 1 cube of mozzarella cheese and shape into a ball.
- Dip in breadcrumbs.
- Repeat the process with all the mixture and the cheese.
- In a pan, heat the oil and fry the dumplings until golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
