- Grated cheese50 g

- In a pan of boiling water, add the parboiled rice, seasoning, garlic and salt and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until soft and dry.
- Unite a Pyrex dish with a little oil, add the rice, in a frying pan over low heat, place the chopped pepperoni to fry until golden and pour on top of the rice, then put the mozzarella cheese
- In the mixer, beat the eggs until they become snow, add the wheat flour and salt to taste and pour on top of the stuffing.
- Add the grated cheese and the olives.
- Bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes and then serve.
