- Grated raw carrots1 unit(s)
- Gorgonzola cheese50 g
- Chopped Olives50 g
- Oregano0 to taste
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- Maizena1 tablespoon
- Place the leftover rice in a bowl and add the ingredients tomato, grated carrot, cheese and olives.
- To bind, mix well with the cream and a tablespoon of cornstarch.
- To finish, sprinkle with moderation the oregano
- Place in preheated oven for 25 minutes
