- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a pan add the oil, once the oil is hot add the garlic and sauté until golden.
- After the garlic is sautéed, add the rice and fry well.
- Then add water, salt to taste and also add the green corn and let it cook for approximately 15 minutes until it is well cooked according to your taste.
