- Chicken breast, washed and diced300 g

- Chopped Carrots2 unit(s)
- Chicken broth dissolved in 1/2 of boiling water2 unit(s)
- Traditional Parboiled Rice1/2 cup
- Chopped coriander1 tablespoon
- In a large pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion as soon as it browns, put the carrots, and the chicken.
- In a pan, put all the ingredients with the dissolved chicken stock and add the parboiled rice.
- Let it cook until it is soft for 25 minutes if you need water, put it in small amounts Leave it for another 5 minutes.
- Check if the chicken is cooked well or if the chicken is already cooked beforehand, just fistura.
