- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped apricot10 unit(s)
- Raw rice1 cup
- Turmeric1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Coconut milk100 ml
- Hot water2 cup
- Sliced and roasted almonds1/2 cup
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Saute onion in coconut oil. Add the rice, turmeric, salt, coconut milk and water. Cook until the rice is soft.
- Turn off the heat, place the chopped apricot on top and keep the pan covered for 15 minutes (to soften the apricot a little).
- At the time of serving mix, add the chestnut and parsley.
