- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
- Cut the sausages into slices and sauté with garlic, onion and seasonings to taste. Then add the two boxes of milk cream and the curd, stirring a lot.
- Place layers of already cooked rice in a refractory. The mixture with the sausage finishing with the grated mozzarella cheese. (You can reuse the rice from the day before)
- Place in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese. And give it a gold. It's delicious and creamy.
