- Wash the rice and let the water drain.
- Put oil and the crushed eye in a pan, then put the salt, the gilo and rice, turn on the fire and stir so it doesn't burn
- After 2 minutes, add 1 liter of boiling water and let it cook.
- When the rice is soft it is ready.
