- Olive oil to taste
- Chop the onion, garlic and cabbage stalk and sauté in olive oil, put the rice, sauté well, put the salt and hot water. Let it cook on medium heat until the water starts to dry, cover and let the cooking finish on low heat. When the water is completely dry and the rice is already soft, turn off the heat, place the cabbage cut into strips, cover the pan. The kale will wilt and is ready to serve.
