- Bacon100 g
- Coriander (optional)01 cup
- Chimichurri Seasoning01 dessert spoon
- Bahia seasoning01 dessert spoon

- Soak the lentils in hot water for 2 hours. Then wash and let it drain.
- Open the sausages with the help of a knife, and remove all the internal meat.
- Put the oil in the pan, heat and sauté the sausage meat. Add the chopped bacon and let it cook too.
- Add the onion and garlic, saute and add the lentil and rice to saute too.
- Add the seasonings to taste, cover with hot water and let it cook.
- Cooking is over medium heat. If you need to add more water to the cooking, until the rice is soft.
- Let it cool down a bit before adding the cilantro. That way you don't knead all your rice.
