- Bacon300 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Chives and Parsley to taste
- Put 1 cup of lentils to cook in the pressure cooker with 1 cup of water, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 bay leaf, for 3 minutes after the pressure cooker starts.
- While the lentils are cooking, brown the bacon in a pan, remove and set aside. In the same pan, brown the garlic and rice, season with salt and then add 1 cup of water, cover and cook.
- Cut the onion into half moons, season with salt, black pepper and olive oil, add the wheat flour and mix. Place in the airfryer for 25 minutes at a temperature of 200°
- Add the rice, the lentils only the grains without water, the bacon, the crispy onion and the chives, mix everything if necessary, adjust the salt and pepper.
