- Frozen peas1 cup
- Carrots, diced1 unit(s)
- Finely chopped kale to taste
- Chopped pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic to taste
- Mozzarella or curd in cubes to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric1 teaspoon
- Sauté the garlic with the rice in olive oil, add the chopped carrots and the sun and cook as usual.
- After the rice is cooked, leave it reserved and start frying the pepperoni in its own fat, add the onion and if necessary you can add a little oil. When it is well fried, add the corn, peas and saffron. Now add the butter and the cabbage, adjust the salt and pepper, mix well and you can quickly add the rice so the cabbage doesn't wilt too much. Once everything is incorporated, add the chopped cheese and serve.
