- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Minced Bacon200 g
- Water1/2 l
- Saffron1 teaspoon
- Margarine1/2 coffee spoon
- In a pan put the oil and margarine and sauté the garlic and onion.
- Add the bancom and fry, then put the pepperoni.
- Add the rice and water until it covers two fingers above. Cover and cook over high heat until boiling. When it boils, lower the heat and leave the lid open until the rice is cooked, if necessary add a little more water.
- Dried and cooked rice put the chives and mix lightly. serve while still hot
