- Rice300 g
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Pequi4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce100 g
- In a pressure cooker put the oil and the chopped pepperoni to fry.
- After frying the pepperoni a little add the garlic and onion jokes and let it fry for a while longer.
- Add the rice along with the pepperoni, the salt, the pequi, the tomato sauce, and add 500ml of water.
- Put on pressure, after getting the pressure leave for 5 minutes and turn off.
- Cook the eggs and set aside.
- Once the rice is ready, place it in a refractory and add the eggs.
- Note: If you wish, put mozzarella cheese on top and take it to the oven until the cheese melts.
