- Baycon Diced50 g
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Tomato Extract4 tablespoon
- Chimichurri to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Chives to taste
- Warm water4 cup
- Sauté garlic and onion with butter.
- I fried the pork sausage and the baycon.
- Add the rice, tomato paste and chimichurri and let it fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the water and wait for the rice to dry.
- After the rice is dry, decorate with parmesan cheese and chives.
