- In a pan put a drizzle of oil and fry the pepperoni.
- After frying, add the garlic, onion and let it brown. Reserve.
- Put two pans of water on the fire, one to cook the potatoes (to make cooking easier, cut them into medium pieces) and the other to cook the pasta (it has to be al dente).
- In the blender, place the boiled potato, liquid milk, cream, black pepper, salt, grated cheese and beat for 2 minutes.
- In the same pan with the reserved pepperoni, place the potato cream, the cooked and drained pasta, bring to a boil and keep stirring after you can serve.
