Fritar a cebola ate ficar transparente em seguida acrescentar o arroz mecher cobrir com a água ate 2 dedos acima,coloque o sal, e quando estiver quase pronto acrescente as uvas passas somente de um lado misturar  com o arroz deixar terminar o cozimento, e esta pronto para servir 

Fry the onion until translucent then add the rice, cover it with water up to 2 fingers above, put the salt, and when it is almost ready add the raisins on one side only mix with the rice let the cooking finish, and it is ready to serve
