- Rice3 cup
- Boiling water3 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell1 tablespoon
- Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
- Sardines with Gomes da Costa oil125 g
- In a pan, add the oil and onion. Saute until wilted, stirring occasionally. Add the rice and sauté for a while. Add boiling water and salt. Mix. Cover the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is dry and cooked through. Add the green smell, the eggs and the Sardinha Gomes da Costa with its oil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs "set". Serve immediately.
