- Rice2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a pan add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the minced garlic and start to sauté. After adding the rice, later 4 cups of water tea. Add salt to taste and cook over high heat until the water subsides.
- As the water drops, cover the pan and let it dry completely over low heat (about 5 minutes). Reserve
- In a skillet add a tablespoon of olive oil, the 4 eggs and stir leaving loose.
- Put the scrambled egg in the pan along with the rice, mix well and it's ready
- Great option to get away from traditional rice quickly
