- Smoked Thin Sausage240 g
- Finely chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic1 tablespoon
- Chopped large tomato1 unit(s)
- Carrots, cut into cubes1/2 unit(s)
- Washed raw white rice2 cup
- Chopped coriander to taste
- Minced green smell to taste
- Chicken broth3 cup
- Green corn and drained peas1 can(s)
- Salt, if needed to taste
- Fry the sausage, add the onion and garlic and brown a little!
- Add the tomato and let it wilt!
- Add the carrots, rice and some greens and sauté well!
- Add the chicken broth, taste the salt and adjust! Let it cook as usual!
- When the rice has cooked and no broth, turn off the heat and add the vegetable selection and the rest of the greens! Serve! * cup measure: 240ml
