- Peas1 can(s)
- Olives to taste
- Crushed garlic to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Water1 l
- In a pan put the oil, salt, garlic and rice, when frying put the grated carrot and water.
- When the water is almost dry, check if the rice is al dente, if not, add a little more water, if it is, add the corn, peas and olives and stir a lot, adjust the salt when the water dries completely, turn off the heat.
