- Saute the sausage with garlic and onion. After it is well fried, add the beans and sauté a little more.
- Add hot water to cover, salt and pressurize for approximately 30 minutes.
- Add the firmer vegetables, potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots and cook under pressure for about 7 minutes. And so it goes with the other vegetables.
- Put potato, carrot, sweet potato, eggplant and pumpkin.
- After everything is cooked, adjust the salt and sauté a little more and find out the flavor.
