- Arborio rice1 cup
- White wine1/2 cup
- Vegetable broth2 cup
- Leek1/2 cup
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Parmesan100 g
- Cold butter2 tablespoon
- salt and the immense of the kingdom to taste
- In a pan sauté the onion and garlic
- Add the rice, mix everything and add the white wine, wait for it to evaporate
- Season with salt and black pepper. Add the vegetable stock, ladle by ladle, mixing constantly until the rice is aldent
