  • Recipe
  • Arborio rice1 cup
  • Vegetable broth1 l
  • Cherry tomato1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  • Basil to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • White wine1/2 cup
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Onion to taste
  1. In a pan, start by sautéing the onion in olive oil.
  2. Add the arboreal rice and let it simmer add the wine and wait for it to evaporate season with salt and black pepper
  3. Now add the hot broth in ladles one at a time add a ladle of broth, wait for it to reduce and add another one so on until the rice is aldent
  4. Finish with tomato butter cheese and mix well.
  5. Decorate with basil and more tomatoes
