- Arborio rice1 cup
- White wine1/2 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Cheese100 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth1 l
- Parma200 g
- In a pan, saute the diced onion.
- Add the arborio rice and let it cook well, then add the wine and let it evaporate.
- Now add the hot vegetable broth one ladle at a time and stir well! Repeat this process until the rice is aldente.
- With the rice already aldente finish with butter and cheese and turn off the heat the base risotto is ready
- Take the Parma to the air fryer for 5 min or until it becomes crispy, and finish the risotto with it
