- Brussels Sprouts300 g
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Zaatar2 coffee spoon
- Sicilian lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Truffle oil to taste
- Pre heat the oven to 240 degrees;
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl;
- Pour all ingredients into the baking dish and place in the oven;
- Stir little by little so you don't burn everything on one side;
- Leave in the oven (about 40 minutes) until golden like the one in the photo! Adding a little truffle oil to finish before serving is a good tip. Goes well with roasted meats or vegetables too!
