  • Green pepper1/2 cup
  • Yellow pepper1/2 cup
  • Red pepper1/2 cup
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Peel and cut the chayote into small cubes.
  2. Cut the peppers into small cubes.
  3. In a refractory place the chayote, peppers, salt and pepper, olive oil and mix well.
  4. Cover the refractory with aluminum foil and bake at 200°.
  5. When the chayote is softened, remove the aluminum foil and leave it in the oven until all the water dries up.
