- Green pepper1/2 cup
- Yellow pepper1/2 cup
- Red pepper1/2 cup
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel and cut the chayote into small cubes.
- Cut the peppers into small cubes.
- In a refractory place the chayote, peppers, salt and pepper, olive oil and mix well.
- Cover the refractory with aluminum foil and bake at 200°.
- When the chayote is softened, remove the aluminum foil and leave it in the oven until all the water dries up.
