- Onion powder1/4 teaspoon

- Thyme or dill to taste
- Cut the leek root and also the leaves. Use only the white part. The green part is more bitter and tough, you can use it to prepare broths.
- In a serving dish, place the leek and cover halfway with oil. Also add the garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Bake for +/- 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C or until they are soft inside and textured outside.
- In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Mix all ingredients and set aside.
- Remove the leek from the oven and cut into smaller pieces to serve (optional). Save the flavored oil to use in other preparations.
- Serve with the sauce and fresh herbs.
