- Shoyo1 tablespoon

- Vegetable broth3 dessert spoon
- Black pepper1 to taste

- Thyme1 to taste
- Cut the onions in half and dip them in the marinade, then place them on a platter with the rest of the sauce. Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees and bake the onions covered in aluminum foil for 30 minutes. After that time, remove the foil, turn the onions so that the straight part is in contact with the sauce at the bottom of the dish - the sauce will reduce and caramelize, and will make the onions super golden and beautiful. Put it back in the oven for another 30 minutes and it's done.
