- Place the pumpkin in a roasting pan, mix well all the other ingredients. Cover with aluminum foil and take it to the medium high oven (200°), preheated, for about 20 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil, stir well and bake for another 20 minutes or until the squash is soft and golden. Enjoy your food
