- Cabotia pumpkin1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Dehydrated Onion, Garlic and Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Divide the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds (which can be reused) and cut it into small pieces. Keep the other half wrapped in plastic film, so that it stays conserved for longer;
- Take a refractory, drizzle with a thread of oil and accommodate the pieces of pumpkin already cut with the skin down;
- Season them and drizzle them with the rest of the oil;
- Cover them with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven for approximately 50 minutes;
- Carefully remove the foil and check if the pumpkin is already soft. If it is, sprinkle the grated Parmesan and return the pumpkin to the oven already turned off, just so that the cheese melts with the heat;
- Serve immediately.
- Note: For this recipe, the oven does not need to be preheated.
